Will my truck be big enough?
Yes. However, your interstate removal quote is based on a fixed estimation of furniture volume. If there are additional items added to this inventory without notice than there can be no guarantee all your furniture will be collected at the one time. This will also affect the quote of the interstate removal. The driver is only obligated to collect the items indicated on your inventory the quote was based on.
How do I know my removalist will be professional?
All of our removalists are qualified to the high standard of our Australian Removal Quality System giving you peace of mind of a high quality interstate removal.
Can I help with the move?
Yes. All interstate removal quotes are based on you packing your own cartons.
Do you move pianos or pool tables?
Yes. Please indicate special requirements when submitting quote request.
How much notice is required to book?
It is best to book 2 weeks in advanced to have the best chance of availability for your removal day. The minimum notice required is 24 hours.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. We understand that last minute moving issues can occur, so if for any reason you cancel after we have received your payment, we will refund it in full.
When do I pay for my removal?
We require full payment 48 hours prior to the removal day. If paying by cheque, payment is required 7 days prior to removal.
What payment methods do you accept for my removal?
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard over the phone, direct deposit funds into our account or send us a cheque. Full details of these payment methods will be on your invoice that will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
When do I pay for my packing materials?
When ordering on-line or upon delivery of packing materials
What payment methods do you accept for my packing materials?
You can purchase your packing materials using our quick & easy on-line Box Shop and pay by credit card or you can place your order over the phone and pay by credit card or eftpos at delivery.
Is there a minimum purchase for the free carton delivery?
No. You can order a roll of tape or 1000 boxes. No delivery charge- EVER
How is the removal price calculated?
The removal price is based on the distance of the move, volume of goods to be moved and the access at pickup & delivery addresses.
Do I need insurance?
It is illegal for us to provide you with accidental breakage or truck accident insurance as part of our fixed price. It is for this reason that it is up to you to organise your own insurance. Please be aware of any removalist that attempts this- be very aware! If you are in ANY doubt please feel free to contact us.
Can you pack my cartons for me?
Yes. Please note that cartons must be packed at least a day prior to removal. Our specialised packers come to your home to professionally pack your valued belongings.
